Amunet
An ancient Egyptain Mummy, the priestess f the Egyptian goddess Hathor. Amunet was discovered by Eugene Great in 1891 and lived around 4160 BCE. Amunet has tattoos on her body which many believe are to depict sexuality, while others speculate was used for pain management. Amunett's tattoos were of basic geometric shapes , lines, dots, and dashes that mainly surrounded her abdomen area and pubic region.

ÖtziDiscovered in 1991 by Helmut and Erika Simon was found to be covered in over fifty tattoos. The Iceman's tattoos were created by making insertions in the skin and filling those cuts up with Charcoal. Otiz's tattoos are believed to be for health treatments similar to acupuncture and acupressure due to the fine lines marked on specific parts of his body , concentrated around his legs. Otis lived in the Copper age around 3300 BCE.

EL Brujo MummyA young ,female, Mummy was discovered in June 2006 on the north coast of Peru with detailed tattoos. The Mummy is dated back to 450 A.D. Archeologists found very detailed tattoos of art all over her body and dated her back to the Moche period prior to the Inca civilization.The Moche people are known for their metal artwork.
